About the Conference and the Proceedings
• The Scientific and practical conference is approved by ResearchBib and included in the catalog of international conferences Academic Research Index.
• The conference is registered in the database of scientific and technical events of UkrISTEI. Certificate No. 1055 dated 22.12.2025.
• Each collection is assigned a unique DOI from Crossref and an international standard book number ISBN. It is also possible to assign DOI to individual theses and articles.
• Collections of scientific works are published by an officially registered publishing entity in Ukraine. Certificate of the State Committee for Scientific Research No. 7980 dated November 3, 2023.
We recommend that authors add information about their scientific works to their personal Google Scholar profiles for indexing and citation purposes. The approximate indexing period ranges from 2 weeks to 6 months. To speed up the process and increase the likelihood of guaranteed indexing, we also advise depositing the works in the institutional repositories of your higher education institutions.
About the certificate
Each conference participant will receive a free electronic certificate of participation indicating 0.8 ECTS credits awarded for self-education, as well as, upon request, a confirmation letter of material acceptance. Certificates will be available for download in the Archive section.
About payment of the organizational fee
The organizational fee for participation in the conference for scientific materials up to 5 pages is $6; from 6 to 12 pages it is $8.
If necessary, it is possible to assign a DOI from Crossref to a separate scientific paper, the cost is $4.
