European Open Science Space invites scientists, lecturers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, university students, and all interested individuals to participate in our scientific conferences.
International scientific conferences are aimed at presenting the latest information on current trends and achievements in science and technology.
The conferences are included in the catalog of international conferences on the official Academic Research Index website and are registered in the database of the “Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information” (UkrISTEI), which is subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Each conference participant will receive an electronic collection of scientific papers, a free electronic certificate of participation indicating 0.8 ECTS credits, and, upon request, a confirmation of acceptance of materials.
All collections are published by an officially registered publishing entity listed in the Register of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine (Certificate DK No. 7980).
Each collection of scientific papers is assigned an international ISBN and a unique DOI number from Crossref.
Each participant also has the opportunity to request a DOI for individual works.

Familiarize yourself with the list of scheduled international scientific conferences, choose the most convenient date and conference title, as well as the appropriate scientific section for submitting your materials.
Fill out the participant form and prepare your scientific article and theses in accordance with the requirements specified in the “Preparation of materials” section and in line with the principles of academic integrity.
Make payment for participation in the international scientific conference using the bank details or payment system specified in the “Payment” section.
Send the prepared scientific paper in accordance with the requirements, along with the receipt of the participation fee, to the email address

Areas of focus of international scientific conferences
Scientific conferences of the EOSS platform cover a wide range of modern research fields. Participants have the opportunity to publish scientific articles and abstracts in collections of scientific works that are indexed and distributed within the international academic community. The sections include: automation and robotics, architecture and construction, biology, microbiology, botany and forestry, veterinary science, military affairs and national security, geography, geology and geodesy, economics, journalism, information technology, cybersecurity and computer engineering, history and cultural studies, logistics and transport, marketing and advertising, medicine, management and public administration, mechanics and electrical engineering, international relations, art studies and literary studies, oil and gas technologies and thermal energy, occupational safety, accounting and taxation, pedagogy, philology and linguistics, politics and sociology, psychology, agricultural sciences, technical sciences, tourism and hospitality, pharmacy, physical and mathematical sciences, physical culture and sports, philosophy, finance and banking, food technologies, chemistry, law, as well as ecology and environmental protection.

Academic Integrity
The principles of academic integrity are the foundation of quality education and scientific research. They ensure transparency and responsibility within the academic environment. The main principles of academic integrity include:
Ethical standards. Teachers, students, and researchers must avoid plagiarism and falsification of results in submitted scientific articles and abstracts.
Referencing sources. Teachers, students, and researchers must use sources responsibly, cite correctly, and respect copyright. The use of others’ materials without proper citation is unacceptable.
Objectivity. All assessments, conclusions, and judgments must be based on facts and arguments rather than personal preferences or biases. It is unacceptable to claim ownership of others’ research results or opinions. Plagiarism is a serious violation of ethical standards.
Plagiarism. Plagiarism is a serious breach of ethical norms in academic writing. Copying text word-for-word from another work, using fragments from various sources and combining them into one’s own work without proper citation, or self-plagiarism without referencing the original source are unacceptable. Only scientific papers with a uniqueness level of at least 60% are accepted for publication in the collections.
Mission and values of our international scientific conferences
Our mission is to create a space where researchers can present their ideas, share research findings, and foster interdisciplinary dialogue. We believe that international scientific conferences are not only about publishing abstracts or articles, but also serve as a tool for shaping the future of science.
Transparency and academic integrity. We adhere to international standards of publishing ethics, ensure the uniqueness of submitted materials, and assign each proceedings volume an ISBN and DOI (with the option of assigning a DOI to individual papers upon request). This guarantees the credibility of publications and builds trust within the academic community.
Accessibility for all. Our format of online scientific conferences allows participation regardless of geography or resources. Students, postgraduate researchers, lecturers, and academics from different countries can publish their work in open access. All conference materials will be publicly available in the Archive section of our website under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
Support for young scholars. We create opportunities for young researchers to present their scientific ideas, receive certificates (electronic or printed) with ECTS credits (0.8 credits), and begin their journey in the international academic community.
International cooperation. Our conferences bring together representatives of diverse scientific fields — from technical and natural sciences to humanities and medicine. This approach promotes the creation of new academic connections and collaborative projects.
